The adventures life has brought to us!

Yes,this year we have traveled to Mexico, Italy, California, Idaho, and now we are entering into the class reunions that numerous digits to them, not counting the everlasting Fraternity gatherings.
Bike rides that have amazed us in how far we went, and oh yes how the aches and pains of life have begun to bother us. We are busier now than we have ever been, with grandchildren, traveling, bike rides and oh yes our treasured friends. Should we say that we are entering in the the next phase of our lives---"The Good Life" We are in hopes that we will live up to the slogan!

Off we went, under the Golden
Gate bridge and in to California Adventure and oh
what and adventure we had. The California Screamer was by far the longest, fastest and best roller coaster I have ever been on. Grant was real scared at first but after the first ride he jumped to be the first to ride it again. All in all, we had a great adventure there, but the best part for me was being with my kids!

Pictures with Pooh

We started our adventure in Disneyland with a picture of Winnie the Pooh, Eyore and of course Tigger. Gracie loved the winnie the pooh ride best of all.

Margot Z

Margot was a little trooper. She tagged along with all of us through the crowds heat and light shows.
She loved the Fantasmic Light show the best and oh of course, bottles, dry diapers and above all her Grammy B holding her!

Floyd and Grant and Grammy

Floyd went for his first swinging lesson with Grammy B after his bath.

Magan, Lauren and Rob brought us all dinner and they took off to the go to the movie. They saw the new movie about Batman "The Dark Knight." Grammy and  Grandpa were left to play with all the kids. Floyd took his usual bath in the kitchen sink and then we headed out to the park.
Grammy just played with the kids and showed her grandchildren off to the neighbors.

We are all off to Disneyland today so my next post might include Mickey Mouse!

kristin is finally a blogger!

I have finally figured out how to post a blog and I am beginning to be apart of all of my children's blogs. Sharing my life and telling stories of all that goes on in my life on a computer as my family will a test to, is not what I do best.
I create, dream, work hard, and I buy stuff as my husband always tells me.
We took up bicycling last year Paul and it has opened a lot of doors for us. We have both ridden in bike races and met new people as well as pushing ourselves to exercise more and get off the couch. It has been great for us!
We are celebrating our 10th anniversary tomorrow, June 13,2008. It is hard to imagine that 10 years ago we got married and we blended two families together and started an adventure that has taken us to a small condo in Hollady,Ut, to a much larger home in Cottonwood. We love our home, especially since we can live on one floor and sometimes never run into each other. My design business has continued over the years and I love it when I am busy. I designed 11 homes last year and because the economy is slower I am down to 5 this year. All the extra time has been expensive for us because I pour all my creative efforts into our home and Paul just hopes for the best each time he drives into the driveway.
Last weekend I rode in the Little Red Riding Hood Bike Ride with Magan and Lauren. They were going to ride 100 miles at least that is what I thought and when I hit 40 miles I figured t that I could go 62 miles so I continued on. Well the last hill was a huge hill and it did me in. I rode 57 miles and then I told the girls to come and get me. They cut their ride short and waited 2 hours for me. Mom can go the distance but she is slow and consistent. The best part about the whole ride was that I got to do this ride with my daughters. What a great experience.
